Booth Design
GHL Euromoney Conference Booth
The annual Euromoney/Latin Finance Investment Forum is the leading investment and financial conference and premium networking opportunity for the Caribbean. It provides political, business, finance and academic leaders of the region as well as selected foreign investors and partners with the opportunity to discuss and plan the strategic agenda and economic direction of the Caribbean for the coming years.
As one of the lead sponsors of the 2004 forum, Guardian Holdings Limited was featured prominently at the conference and was provided with the opportunity to sit on a panel discussion, host an hour long workshop, invite up to 300 clients to the conference, and participate in the conference's floor exhibition, in addition to being featured as lead sponsor in all conference marketing materials and documentation.
In preparation for the conference, GHL chose Converge Creative to design, produce and set up a unique and creative booth to be used in the conference. Although GHL has traditionally participated in the conference and already has a standard booth setup, the company was seeking to elevate its position in this year's conference by integrating the creative elements used in the company's 2003 Annual Report along with an innovative eye-catching booth design and layout, in order to effectively draw attention and give prominence to GHL's presence and lead sponsor position while clearly communicating the company's direction for the future at this year's conference.
Converge Creative rose to the challenge by developing an innovative booth design that integrated the use of a creative booth layout, a specially designed backlit graphic panel, a new customized GHL rug, as well as (2) new modular brochure/storage units used on the day of the conference.
