In order to ensure that all employees understand the organization's performance-based culture, Holt Renfrew has embarked on an e.learning initiative to develop a series of self-paced HR e.learning courses to train employees on the company's performance-based planning and evaluation processes. Converge Creative has been supporting Holt Renfrew in its efforts to web enable HR training by providing a wide array of e.learning production services including user interface design, flash animation and module production. The e.Performance for YOU! e.learning module is the first of what will be a series of modules produced by Converge Creative, that will set the standard for Holt Renfrew's e.learning initiative.
