As WaterTrax was preparing to take their new Utility and Agency services to market, the company contracted Converge Creative to conduct detailed market research to aid in the development of the company's overall business strategy. Converge Creative is credited with providing WaterTrax with a detailed analysis of the water industry and the company's prospective target market for its new solution.
