Saj is Managing Director of Converge Creative, bringing more than 33 years engineering and technology experience to the company. After managing his own engineering firm for more than 18 years, Saj is now focusing on new technologies, and today is using his extensive business, technology, and project management expertise to create a new breed of agency focused on moulding technology to bridge the gap between clients and users. Saj holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Tate & Lyle Scholarship) from the Paisley College of Technology in Scotland.

Nayna is the Marketing Director of Converge Creative and brings 10+ years marketing management experience to the company. She is our resident marketing and strategic planning expert responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies not only for Converge Creative, but also for clients. Nayna has held multi-level marketing positions with foremost North American technology and professional service firms including TELUS, MDSI (Mobile Data Solutions Inc.), and KPMG Canada where she worked in product management, industry marketing, marketing communications and research roles. Her areas of expertise encompass complete business and market planning, customer analysis and segmentation, marketing communications, and content development. Nayna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Boston University and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Information Technology from the University of British Columbia.

Gilbert is Lead Developer of Converge Creative and is responsible for overseeing the completion of development work on client websites. He has held various positions with North American software and wireless companies such as Clearigo Solutions Inc. and Ingenuity Works Inc., where he worked in a variety of software and web development roles. He is valued for his 7+ years of development experience and for his extensive programming skills and expertise. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Commerce.
